SHRM EXPECTATIONS – IND US TALKS

The remarkable airborne of Air Force One flight with the most dignitaries, ten days trip of the four nations visit in Asia starting through the Gateway of India is a symbolic representation of the emerging world power’s stature in the near future. Of course Mumbai “the diversity that is India’s strength was in full display… ” as Mr Barack Obama quoted today in his six minute speech at Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, a memorial ceremony of 26/11 victims, not only the gateway of India but will be the gateway to the whole Asia soon.

The host, the guest and even the whole world know that the outcomes would be win win situation. But I am keen on his interactions with the students at various educational institutions. Wish you a wonderful session for those brothers and sisters who are going to interact with him and don’t forget that you are the real ambassadors of this nation. Mr President is not only a counterpart but an appraiser and the outcomes definitely thrust him in formulating and amending certain decisions and policies relating to future strategic human resources management.

It’s an acceptable fact that the term brain drain, an out dated topic but strategic human resources alliance is inevitable in the prevailing single global community. Success stories of transworld companies even in the worst recession opened the eyes of restricted minds and Mr. Appraiser is not an exception. Recent public addresses regarding jobs and allocations are mere national narrow-mindedness with only political interest which apparently deteriorated the democratic dominance of the ruling party in US.

Trade focused visit fully packed with discussions about economic growth, employment generation, health, education, bilateral relations, free trade, counter-terrorism, collaboration in scientific research and celebration of people to people relations between the two countries etc… and the enduring success of the meeting would be purely based on what measures they are taking about the engagement and optimum utilization of human resources in both the nations. It’s the matter of who is the best choice for a particular action or service and acceptance of that candidature irrespective of color, nation, region or religion. Frame and adopt plans and policies for engaging the whole populations with a win win strategy for the both nations. Still it’s a fact that regional imbalance and improper distribution of resources are the major reasons of malfunctioning of economies. Dear Mr. President and Mr. Prime Minister, you are not representing two nations, but the whole world and don’t close eyes towards the expectations, a future with equal employment opportunity.

  5. A brief insight of the stratergical evaluation of the indo-us done in an HR pont of view. But the fact is that its just comparing a developed and developing nation.Their idealistic approach is just like a two headed sword.we only see the brighter side, but the other side will be sharper which can cause bleeding to our economy.so statistical analylis should br done unbiasely by the economists to evaluate this so called "win win situation"They are coming to us not because of a simple cause, its a hidden agenda..that is we being a country being a country which has been plundered by the british empire in all respects came into picture to give a tough competition in all the fields of the so called modern "science and technology".Cheers to all Indians that the superpower knows that we are on our way and no one can stop us...
